Novel Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)Neutralizing Antibody Detection Kit (ELISA)
  • Introduction

The ELISA kit is a competitive assay that inversely measures neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD in human serum or plasma.

  • Usage

This kit is used for quantitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies in human serum or plasma samples.

  • Product Information

    Package Size: 96 tests/kit

  • Sample Requirements

Sample Type: human serum or plasma
Sample Collection: Venous blood collection with venipuncture, EDTA anticoagulant tubes or vacuum blood collection tube without additives.
Common interfering substances in samples such as bilirubin (342 μmol/L), hemoglobin (2 g/L), and triglycerides (37 mmol/L) have no significant interference with the detection results of this product, but to obtain reliable results, it is best to avoid using samples with hemolysis, high bilirubin or high blood lipids.
Total blood volume of no less than 3 mL is required for each sample.  Serum and plasma should be separated within 2 hours after blood sample collection, and the separated serum or plasma should be tested immediately.
If it cannot be tested immediately, it should be stored at 2~8℃ for no more than 7 days or stored at -20℃ for no more than 6 months. Repeated freezing and thawing for three times and more should be avoided. The sample should be balanced and mixed at 22~30℃ before testing after being thawed.

  • Storage Conditions and Validity Period

The test kit should be stored at 2~8℃ away from light, with a shelf life of 12 months; after opening, calibration products, quality control products, RBD protein and enzyme-labeled antibodies should be stored at 2~8℃ for no more than 30 days; after opening, microplate strips, the remaining reaction plate strips should be sealed and stored at 2~8℃ for no more than 30

days; after using, other components of test kits, they should be put back into storage at 2~8℃ and used within 30 days; production date and expiration date: see label.
